We handle the machine, labor, thread, setup, and all necessary supplies. You simply provide the items, or let us take care of sourcing for you!
Live embroidery works best with intentionally curated design quantities. We’ll collaborate with you to determine realistic design counts based on event duration, item type, and embroidery complexity.
On average, approximately 6–12 embroidered items per hour can be completed per machine, depending on the design and garment. Due to the dynamic and unpredictable nature of live events, Cozy Croissant cannot guarantee a specific number of completed items, which aligns with industry standards for live embroidery activations.
Many clients choose to offer embroidery on a first-come, first-served basis, or position it as a VIP experience or special promotional moment within their event!
For larger-scale events, embroidery can also be completed before or after the event in our studio for an additional fee. This allows for greater volume while preserving the elevated, handcrafted experience.
Live embroidery is intentionally not mass production. The stitching itself is part of the experience where guests get to watch their piece come to life. This is what makes it feel special and elevated!
For live events, we design with efficiency in mind and aim to keep stitch times no longer than 5–7 minutes per item, which is ideal for short text and/or simple icons. This timing aligns with industry standards for live embroidery activations.
The quickest stitch out would generally be a monogram or initials at approximately 3 minutes per item.
Detailed or complex designs naturally require additional time. We’ll always help guide design selections to ensure the best balance between flow, quality, and guest experience.
